Tandoori is not the name of a recipe, but of a cooking method. A tandoor is a clay oven in which a fire is made. Marinated meat (chicken, lamb, shrimp, fish…) is spread on the walls of this pot and is baked and smoked at the same time in this extremely hot environment.
